Well after nearly 2 years in operation we are finally facing up to the fact we can't be all things to all people so we're putting out the feelers for a Temp Consultant to help keep our ever expanding family of workers employed, happy and above all safe from harm. We need an experienced professional who has proven ability to manage our increasingly busy temp desk. The role will involve ensuring that our clients needs and the needs of our expanding team of workers are not only met but exceeded. An ability to bake awesome scones, know what a decent coffee looks like, can handle a vehicle, herd cats & tame sharks would be an advantage. This is not a 9-5 job as we say clocking off is not our culture so it will involve some weekend and occasional night work to keep the ship running smoothly. We're flexible in terms of tenure and hours and we're happy to entertain someone either living in Wanaka or Cromwell as the position will move between our favourite two wee towns in Central. Jobs are needed, especially in this kind of season. Three months from now, Christmas season is coming. Mass production is needed because the people are preparing for this big event. Also, quality services are needed to lighten the mood of the people. Thus, recruiment agencies are in need of capable and realiable people in the market that will help them serve the company in the best way they can.
