Temporary Work

​Being a hospitality or service-orientated employer in Central Otago means only one thing: while the visitors to our beautiful region are having a holiday, you are not.  This is when the temporary staff services of Blaikie Consulting come into play:

  • Our motto “Clocking Off is Not Our Culture” means we are available 24/7 to assist your business with staffing needs.
  • The list of reasons to use temporary staffing is a mile long.  If you need an extra staff member, but don't require them permanently, then this is the way to go.
  • Blaikie Consulting takes responsibility for all of the background administration work.  We invoice you hourly and will pay the temp/ACC/holiday pay.  We only require a minimum of 4 hours per shift and that our invoice is paid weekly.
  • Blaikie Consulting can offer ‘contract’ services too.  If you need the services of a specialised candidate, we can provide candidates to match your requirements.
